Jay Oringer has been involved in horse racing since 1975 and bought his first horse in 1990. Jay was the proud owner of Piedi Bianchi, a multiple stakes winner and all time Indiana bred mare in earnings.

Jay has been involved in thoroughbred aftercare across the nation and as far away as Puerto Rico for many years, including the placement of Discreet Encounter as a pony for the NYRA for the last 6 years.

Jay has been in the title insurance industry for 20 years and is a part time actor who has appeared in movies and the hit television series Entourage.

Lucien Bianchi has always had a passion for horses and thoroughbred racing. From camps at a young age to family summers spent in Del Mar, it was hard not to fall in love with "the sport of kings".

Lucien currently manages Al Bianchi Racing, which is named after his family's late father, a big fan of the sport who had many friends in the racing industry.

Lucien enjoys all aspects of thoroughbred involvement from racing to breeding and most importantly, aftercare.

Adam Bayroff, a real estate attorney in New York for almost 40 years, was an owner of the multiple stakes winner Piedi Bianchi and continues to race and breed thoroughbreds.

Adam’s family has been committed to the fostering and adoption of dogs and cats for many years and he is excited to translate that passion into racehorse aftercare.

With over 40 years of experience as a dedicated real estate professional, Michael Alon has made a significant impact in a variety of Real Estate sectors including, but not limited to, residential and commercial ownership and development, golf course acquisition and the assisted living/health care markets.

In addition to his professional achievements, Michael is the founder of the Let All the Children Play Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization with the mission of developing universally accessible playgrounds that allow children with disabilities to play side-by-side with their able-bodied peers. This initiative holds a special place in Michael's heart as he is deeply passionate about breaking down barriers for children with disabilities.

Beyond his professional and philanthropic pursuits, Michael is a thoroughbred owner and breeder whose deep affection for these majestic creatures is evident in his establishment of and dedication to Diamond Racehorse Aftercare.
